D-Frame Solenoid 130

Types of service
Continuous use: at 40°C ambient temperature and nominal voltage.
Intermittent use: 20% energized time and 80% standby time. Energized time should not exceed 3 minutes at 40°C. Acceptable voltage up to 100% of nominal voltage.
Pulse use: acceptable voltage up to 200% of the nominal voltage, provided that the coil temperature does not exceed 105 °C.
Shooting force
The pulling force depends on the position of the moving core relative to the solenoid body. The shorter the distance, the greater the electromagnetic attraction. It is possible to increase the pulling force by applying a higher voltage, always considering intermittent use and temperature control.
For example, a 12 VDC solenoid can be energized to 24 VDC to obtain a force increase of more than 40%, provided that rest intervals are respected.
